Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are not guaranteed to ship on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Overnight orders must be phoned in and additional overnight fees paid for.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather and/or other issues.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

EarthbornProducts.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

If an email is provided at checkout, a Shipment Confirmation email will be sent once the order has shipped containing a tracking number.

International Shipping Policy
Customs, Duties and Taxes

EarthbornProducts.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

EarthbornProducts.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping after it departs US Customs. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for filing a claim.

 

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at wellness@earthbornproducts.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened items and the seal broken

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below service number to arrange a refund or exchange

 

Please Note

  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  • Original seal must not be broken.
